Dr. Gerald Pollack, a professor of bioengineering at the University of Washington, has studied water extensively and discovered that there is a “fourth phase” distinct from the traditional solid, liquid, and vapor phases. This fourth phase is sometimes called “structured water” or “exclusion zone (EZ) water or “gel water”.
Pollack’s experiments show that when water is next to certain surfaces—such as hydrophilic (water-loving) materials—it forms an organized, gel-like layer that displays qualities different from ordinary bulk water. Unlike ordinary water, which has a random arrangement of molecules, this structured water is more orderly, negatively charged, and excludes many solutes and particles (hence the name “exclusion zone”).
What does H3R2 mean?
H3R2 vs. H3O2
H3RO is Joseph's lab-tested name for the device. It's essentially H3O2 (aka EZ Water)—Hy-Fo Lab confirmed the usual 270 nm UV signature, but Joseph also found extra infrared absorption, suggesting a more complex structure. Hence "R" for the added component.
Backstory: I first called it "WATER HERO"; Joseph renamed it H3RO once convinced it outperformed standard structured water. We still say "H3O2" in educational content for clarity with existing studies.

Research dating back to the 1940s through the 1960s by German microbiologist Gerhard Reuter demonstrated that certain beneficial gut bacteria—most notably Lactobacillus reuteri, named in his honor—were disappearing from the human gastrointestinal tract. Modern findings support that chemicals like glyphosate contribute to this loss by eliminating beneficial microbes and allowing pathogenic species to thrive. In controlled petri dish experiments using glyphosate-treated soil samples, all beneficial microbes either died off or were overtaken by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a known pathogen.
However, when structured water was used to collect the same soil cultures, microbial biodiversity was restored, and the pathogenic strains were outcompeted by beneficial organisms.

The soil sample shown was treated with glyphosate, the active ingredient in the weed killer RoundUp, leaving Pseudomonas aeruginosa as the sole surviving organism. This prominent human pathogen secretes extracellular proteases that damage connective tissue. These results underscore how glyphosate undermines gut health and biodiversity by destroying beneficial microbes critical for human well-being.
In this experiment, a soil sample from organic compost was treated with RoundUp and placed on a Cetrimide Agar Plate using standard water (Figure 1A).
The Cetrimide Agar Plate is specifically formulated with toxins kill off all forms of bacterium except Pseudomonas aeruginosa, easily identified by its characteristic “fern-like” growth.
The same soil sample was then treated with WATER H3RO structured water. Notice the “fern-like” structure of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is not present indicating the growth and diversity of many forms of bacteria (Figure 1B).
This approach highlights the harmful impact of glyphosate on microbial communities and suggests that structured water may play a role in promoting healthier, more diverse microbial populations.

MINERAL RESTRUCTURING TEST
A controlled 3rd party laboratory experiment was conducted to analyze the structural transformation of minerals after treatment with the WATER H3RO device. A scientist prepared a base sample in Type II Distilled Water—one of the types of purified water used in laboratories—by introducing a precise concentration of essential minerals, including calcium, magnesium, iron, nickel, copper, and zinc.
To establish a reference, a portion of this base sample was placed on a microscope slide and allowed to dry, as shown in the left image. The resulting crystallization pattern exhibits angular, irregular structures, characteristic of unstructured water.
The remaining base sample was then processed through the WATER H3RO device, and an identical drying process was performed. The right image reveals a distinct transformation—the minerals now exhibit a more rounded, hexagonal structure, indicative of structured water.

The Energy Test
The goal of this test is to confirm the functionality of the WATER H3RO device by detecting energy flow. Remember, this device is not plugged into any energy source. It is creating the energy from the unique design and placement of the raw materials of antimicrobial copper, antimicrobial brass, water harmonizing quartz and the ormus coating. During the structuring process, electrons transfer among hydrogen molecules in the water, altering the molecular structure and bond angles.
REQUIRED TESTING EQUIPMENT:
1. Standard Multimeter: Set on DC Voltage setting which is indicated by one straight line and one dotted line and use the the most sensitive setting
Any good quality multimeter will do. For our test we used a Klien MM420 MultiMeter that can be purchased here.
DIRECTIONS:
1: Turn the multimeter to DC voltage on the most sensitive setting.
2: Place one probe inside the bottom of the device, wedging the probe between the crystals and the metal of the unit so that the metal probe is contacting the crystals and the metal.
3: Place the second probe inside the top of the device.

Important Usage and Installation Guidelines:
Temperature Limits: The WATER H3RO Whole House Units are not designed for prolonged exposure to hot water above 140°F (60°C). It is also not intended to withstand freezing temperatures if any water remains inside, as this may compromise its functionality.
Internal Rattling: A slight rattle is normal. Inside the WATER H3RO Whole House Units is a geometrically tuned chamber containing specific forms that align in the direction of water flow.
Bi-Directional Flow: The WATER H3RO Whole House Units can be installed in either direction without affecting its performance.
Sunlight Exposure: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can make the WATER H3RO Whole House Unit brittle and reduce its effectiveness.
Installation Orientation: The WATER H3RO Whole House Units can be installed vertically or horizontally, depending on your plumbing setup.
Clearing Calcium Deposits: As the water structure removes existing calcium (calcite & aragonite) deposits from pipes and water-using appliances, you may notice milky water if these deposits are not flushed out sufficiently.
Water Heater Maintenance: It’s often prudent to have a qualified, licensed plumber drain any sediment from the bottom of your water heater. If it hasn’t been drained regularly, the drain valve may be corroded and require replacement. In some cases, weekly draining may be necessary until all loosened calcium is fully discharged.
Important Usage and Installation Guidelines for the Garden Unit:
The WATER H3RO Garden Unit 3/4" fits any standard 3/4" hose fitting. For best results, install it on the nozzle end of the hose, not where it connects to the water source.

Yes, the whole house units function the same as the handheld device. With that said they even charge the water a little more due to the higher water pressure.
The WATER H3RO can be used in conjunction with any water system to enhance the structure of the water and the minerals in the water for maximum absorption which then aids in nutrient uptake and cellular detoxification. This device is being used by many natuopatic doctors for a variety of healing modalities
Rain water is fine and so is RO treated water. For the rain water it depends on what's in the rain. The more industrial pollution in the rain the more benefit from the use of the system. We have not done tests with sea water and would caution that the salt would cause a redox reaction and dissolve the copper so the units would have to be flushed well after running sea water through it.
The WATER H3RO is not a filter. It restructures the bond angle of the water and minerals to sacred hexagonal geometry. It energizes the water by way of endothermic reaction. It imprints the water with the frequency of minerals.
The whole house units need to be installed by a licensed plumber to maintain the warranty.. It is an inline unit that is bi-directional, meaning it doesn't matter which end the water flows into or out of. The plumber will know how to install and usually it takes them about 15-30 minutes and how the unit is installed depends on your current pipes. We cannot give installation advice. If you do it yourself it voids the warranty.
Great question. The WATER H3RO restructures the minerals that are in the water and imprints the frequency of minerals from seawater, morning dew water and ash into the water. We Could not say that it gives you all the minerals you need because everyone has different needs and we just don’t know. What we do know is that people feel better when they drink, bathe and prepare food with this type of structured water. In regards to the Analemma wand our technology is different. We know our water once structured holds the structure. We are not sure about Analemma and if it holds its structure.
You can put the WATER H3RO in before or after your filtration or purification system. We encourage people to put it after filtration or purification and before remineralization if possible. This will allow the user to capitalize on the Water H3RO’S ability to create special structures of Vaterite calcium and other minerals
Great, that makes sense but if I put it after the whole house system, won't all the good minerals be removed leaving nothing for the h3ro to restructure?
This is no system on the market that removes all minerals except distilled water.
And the only reason I wanted to add the RO system at my sink is because my water company adds chemical fluoride to my water & the whole house system can remove the natural fluoride but the chemical fluoride would still be in my drinking water…so my question is maybe just do the whole house filter with the H3RO put on after the filter and not do the under sink RO system?
Our tests indicate that a RO system destructures the water so we recommend customers put the WATER H3RO on after the system
Will the H3RO restructure the chemical fluoride making it safe to drink?
YES it will take sodium fluoride and convert it to calcium fluoride, a natural and necessary bone building salt provided that there is calcium carbonate or some degree of hardness in the water to start with.
Or will I still be consuming fluoride? And do you think it better to just do the h3ro and not the whole house filter at all? A lot of questions, lol
We believe that the whole house system should be combined witht the WATER HERO due to other contaminants that may be in the water or if it is an RO whole house unit because it changes the structure

QUESTION ONE: I own a Mini Classic Countertop Water Distiller that gives me ultra pure drinking water. I store some of the distilled water mixed with Third Wave Water (a mixture of Magnesium Sulfate, Calcium Citrate, and Sodium Chloride) for my coffee because pure distilled water tastes terrible in coffee. Does the WATER H3RO add the same mineral profile to distilled water to improve the taste?
No, the WATER H3RO does not add the same mineral profile.
QUESTION TWO: The UPRISING144K Hydrogen Man YouTube channel talks about the benefits of hydrogenated water, using the Lourdes Hydrofix Premium. Does water treated with the WATER H3RO offer the same benefits or is it a complementary water treatment?
